They came out and fixed our unit. We bought a new thermostat and installation was quick. They ended up finding a bigger issue underneath our house and helped resolve it as well. Greatly recommend this company as they do great work!

We needed new duct work. Reliable Refrigeration came and have us an estimate that was very affordable. They came the next day and did the job. They were very professional and friendly and worked very hard to complete the job. The old duct work was taken away by them and they explained to us what they did and showed us the old duct. The team was amazing, professional and affordable. I will be calling Reliable Refrigeration, LLC for any heading and air conditioning needs in the future. They are also a local company so we support small businesses. If you have any needs I highly recommend them.

Yesterday, before Snowmageddon 2025, we noticed our heat pump completely iced over. The guys arrived around 7 pm and worked for about 2 hours to get us taken care of so our family would be nice & warm through the cold weather & snow! They even reached out to us the next morning (today) to make sure all was well! That was such an appreciated touch! While they were working, they were also happy to chat with my young teen about vocational careers and HVAC specifically. Such a positive influence!
