He inspected it, let me know the full extent of the issues and what our options were. New unit and ductwork installed. Brandon and his crew made sure it got done within a day so that my family did not go without heat. He was excellent at staying in contact with me throughout the scheduling and installation process. 🏡We own a very old historic home and spoke with several HVAC companies to have central heat and air installed. 🏡It was a VERY complicated job and we felt most comfortable going with Reliable Refrigeration after speaking with several different companies in the area. 🏡 They took the time to figure out the best plan for this old home and were willing to do it right and what was best for our family and the home. 🏡Bottom line, Brandon and Cole are good people with a great company!

Brandon came out the same day I called and figured out what I needed. He had every thing installed in one day. He was very helpful and does good work. Update: After the initial work I had Brandon come back and do a complete update to my ducting. His team added individual ducts to each vent where my home hand an old collective still ducting in the floor. It took them about 3-4 hours and did a awesome job.

Our HVAC unit went down at the beginning of the ice storm. Brandon came out and checked it. Had a new unit installed quickly. Brandon and the rest of Reliable did an excellent job and did a great job cleaning up when they were through.

My unit was not working. I called Mr. Crabtree in Sunday and he was here in Monday to fix it. They came in, looked at it, told me what was wrong and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. The entire crew is so friendly. Give them a call if you ever need any work done.

These guys showed up and showed out when I was in a real bind , quickly diagnosed my refrigeration problem and had me back up and going and the final bill was Very Agreeable! Reliable Refrigeration replaced my upstairs HVAC and replaced all the duct work under the house and their team did a wonderful job. Cody and Brandon were prompt in generating a quote and scheduling a date to perform the work. They kept me informed throughout the process. Their team is knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and professional. I highly recommend them to family and friends.

Brandon was extremely quick and responsive to come out and talk about what was going on with my unit. Cole came out, who was quick and willing to get in the attic of my photography studio despite it being almost 130 degrees in there. He ran all the necessary tests for a diagnosis and even though the issue did not end up being with my air unit and instead is an insulation issue, he went back up to confirm pressures and even killed a bunch of spiders for me while he was up there. The entire company has been not only extremely responsive but extremely informative and helpful as well. Everyone was very kind and patient with my questions and concerns and I feel 100% trusting in their judgement and recommendations for the next steps. 10/10 recommend and they will be who I call whenever I need HVAC help again in the future.

My hvac unit was not running cold air- I called Reliable Refrigeration LLC to come and inspect/repair. They were able to trouble shoot the problem and make adjustments on my unit. They were fast and came early in the morning. They were very reasonably priced and did not try to fear monger into buying something new or spending more money like other hvac companies/contractors. I would recommend using and will tell my family/friends.

Yesterday, before Snowmageddon 2025, we noticed our heat pump completely iced over. The guys arrived around 7 pm and worked for about 2 hours to get us taken care of so our family would be nice & warm through the cold weather & snow! They even reached out to us the next morning (today) to make sure all was well! That was such an appreciated touch! While they were working, they were also happy to chat with my young teen about vocational careers and HVAC specifically. Such a positive influence! Cole came out after 8pm during the summer heatwave when my AC wasn’t working and the price was still reasonable. On the next job, Brandon kept in great communication during the job when I couldn’t be there, him and Jason did a tidy job with the pipe work for the natural gas lines in my shop.
