HAD AN EMERGENCY DURING HEATWAVE OF AUG 13 2026. Cole came after his last job, well into the evening dark, around 9pm. payment with ZELLE (Cole sent a request) was simple and his charge for EMERGENCY Service was very reasonable. No question...I recommend RELIABLE REFRIGERATION LLC to all my MILITARY and you Civies too. I don't really post reviews much but the service provided deserved recognition. In addition to emergency response , NOONE WAS AT HOME.

Wow, what great service. Cole is very proficient in A/C and Heat systems repair. He works quickly identifying the problem and produces results. He is friendly and honest and can be depended on to complete any job. His goal is foremost on customer satisfaction and not necessarily on how much he can make on the job. For example, my A/C unit wasn't working. The problem turned out to be a sticky circuit breaker switch. Though he had to drive out of his way to service my problem, he did not charge for the job. I highly recommend Reliable Refrigeration (and Cole) for 'your' AC and heating needs.

We needed new duct work. Reliable Refrigeration came and have us an estimate that was very affordable. They came the next day and did the job. They were very professional and friendly and worked very hard to complete the job. The old duct work was taken away by them and they explained to us what they did and showed us the old duct. The team was amazing, professional and affordable. I will be calling Reliable Refrigeration, LLC for any heading and air conditioning needs in the future. They are also a local company so we support small businesses. If you have any needs I highly recommend them.

They came out and fixed our unit. We bought a new thermostat and installation was quick. They ended up finding a bigger issue underneath our house and helped resolve it as well. Greatly recommend this company as they do great work!
